Braves Seek Public Relations, Concessions and Youth Clinic Chairpersons

The Bourne Braves board of directors are looking for individuals interesting in joining the organization in the following roles:

Public Relations Chairperson:
This board member would be responsible for using all media forms available, enlighten the community at large of the activities, personnel, and accomplishments of the organization. The PR Chairperson is responsible for maintaining the website, email database and newsletters, managing all social media channels and production of the annual media guide.

Concession Chairperson:
This board member would be responsible for the planning and implementation of the concession stand.  Including being in charge of setting up; maintaining, and pricing products for sale; obligations include, but are not limited to, insuring that the concession stand is manned for all home games, submittance of all invoices to Treasurer, submittance of all cash inflows to Treasurer; and will perform all duties usually associated with the office.

Youth Clinic Chairperson:
This board member would oversee the Bourne Braves Baseball clinics. They would be responsible for setting up and maintaining all pertinent information in regards to the camps clinics, keep an up to date database of all participants, make any recommendations for improvements to the Board of Directors and shall perform such other duties as may be necessary for the proper functioning of the committee.
